Will a lip lift benefit me? (photos)

Question

I am 59 and am considering a lip lift. My nose to upper lip is about 2.1mm, and my lower lip to the chin is about 3.1mm. Am I a good candidate for a lip lift? How many mm should I have it removed? While doing the LL, can I also change the cupid's bow shape? Attached 1) one with smile but keep lip closed, 2) the other one smile but have lips open, 3) no smile Thanks!

Based on presented photos I do not think that your are a good candidate for a lip lift. Change of the Cupid's bow shape will leave unpleasant scars on your lip. I would not recommend any of these surgeries. Good luck.
