Sore on nose after splint removed from nose job. It was told to just put Vaseline on it. (Photo)

I'm not sure what this sore is on my nose after the splint was removed . I was told it was a sore spot from the splint . It looks horrible !! I was told to just put Vaseline on it . It turns white when I apply it .

I would defintely give it time. With the swelling that occurs with rhinoplasty, the tip is always rotated up to some degree in the immediate post operative period. It usually comes down after several weeks or at most a few months. Good luck!
