I underwent breast implants 2 weeks ago. The implants are placed under the muscle. The doctor's assistant said that its best to avoid seafood, black pepper and even chicken to avoid keloid scars. All these can only be consumed after 2 months even alcohol intake. My current scar is already dried up & waiting for healing. I want to know if its medically proven to avoid such thing or its just an Asian belief. Its said that it may cause inflammation in the breast. Please advice.
