Sinus Surgery - Timing of Botox/Juvaderm Injections?

Done well before the sinus surgery, it should not be a problem.  If you can't be scheduled until immediately before the sinus surgery (like within a few days), it is prudent to simply wait and have your treatment after your surgical procedure.

Botox is safe; fillers should be fine too as long as you don't have any direct pressure over the injected site immediately after injection (in the form of face masks, straps etc). The filler can still be molded at this time and minor displacement can happen. 

I do not see any reason why you would not be able to have Botox and Juvederm any time prior to your sinus surgery.  The injections should not have any effect on your surgery.

However, I would wait to have Juvederm injected until after your surgery as pressure over the injected area(s) can still be molded and displacement can happen. I recommend discussing this with your surgeon as he/she may have specific recommendations. Best of Luck!

There should be no issue getting  both done before or after, but check with your surgeon and get his input

Having Botox injected a week before the surgery should be fine. I would wait to have the Juvederm injected until after your surgery if Juvederm is being injected into your cheeks or face near where you may have pressure from the surgery.  Best, Dr. Green

Hello! I would actually consult with the surgeon who is doing your sinus surgery prior to getting the injections done. Since every physician is different, he/she may have specific recommendations for when the Botox and filler should be done. Good luck!
