Can ptosis surgery be reversed and what is the best kind of doctor to fix this? (Photo)

I had ptosis surgery 2 months ago. My eyelid was overcorrected, so 2 weeks ago my surgeon performed the surgery again to bring it down but it’s still too high. Can this just be reversed as it was before surgeries? What is the best kind of doctor to fix others mistakes?
