Currently seeking the best profile implant to give side boob plus XL size. I have 650 silicone under muscle now.

Good evening!Last year I performed over 200 XL revisions, and to go over 1000cc I ue the Mentor Mod Plus 800-960cc saline shell filled to our chosen volume!

To achieve this size, you would need the largest saline implant manufactured which are approximately 800 cc.  This can then be overfilled to the size desired,even 1600 cc.  The key is appropriate implant positioning without excessive lateral positioning to give you the adequate amount of "side" projection.
