i had a second syringe of fillets done in this area less than 4 weeks ago, is this normal? My face swelled and bruised slightly like this immediately after my injections but it’s been almost a full month and here it is again. Granted tree pollen is high right now and it seems to irritate my allergies-could my fillers be contributing also? And what can I do to minimize this happening again?

This looks like either an infection or incorrect filler placement. I would contact your provider immediately and seek medical help. This will likely not go away on its own. Please contact a qualified provider or a board-certified physician with extensive experience in these procedures.

It's best to wait two weeks in between filler injections. This allows the swelling and any bruising to resolve. You and your injector can then determine how much more product will get you to the look you are wanting.
