Surgery is the most realistic option.There are a variety of nonsurgical fat reducing techniques such as cool sculpting.Very careful liposuction on either side of the flat area may help create a better Contor.Alternatively some fat transferred to the flat area could help as well.Most patients with flat spots or dimples such as cellulites other buttocks tend to have bands of connective tissue are attaching the skin to the muscle layer.Talk to a board-certified plastic surgeon to see what your options are.Both liposuction and fat transferred can easily be done while awake with a fairly easy recovery.Both procedures are generally considered very safe.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
