I have petite hips and no butt, and my lovehandles are huge. i cant get rid of my muffin top & fat arms. Ive decided to get lipo & BBL. With such a small & short bottom, and a very short crack, will a BBL look silly on me? I want an hourglass figure, and a round bottom, but i dont want my bbl butt to look weird bc of how short both my butt and crack are. will the added volume from BBL make my bottom and crack look longer and proportionate?

There are ways to place the fat to increase the apparent buttock length just as there are ways to make the longer buttock appear shorter.  I perform about 500 Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

Hello !Buttocks reshaping can be performed with Fat or an implant. I typically use and implant as it stays around and fat disappears. I also lipo the hips, arms and crease below the buttocks  . I can use fat as well. It may make your gluteal cleft look shorter.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
You could probably benefit from a BBL and have great improvements, but unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. 
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
