Yes, it is called a Brazilian Butt Lift. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

I have perfomed over 1000 large volume fat transplantation procedures to the breast and buttocks, ranhing from 600cc - 1400cc on each buttock cheek.  I perform this procedure in Boca Raton FL and in Boston.   The procedure costs $7500,  takes 2 hours or less and there are no large  incisions.  There are five areas where  needles or cannulas are inserted-  in the groin creases (2), in the buttock creases (2), and one in the natal cleft (AKA, ":butt crack").  The main advantage of fat over implants is that more of the buttock can be shaped, you do not have anything artificial in you, and you get liposuction out of it.  See before and after photos at the link I provided.

You can take fat from the stomach and transfer to the buttocks. This is a major surgery, all surgery carry a certain amount of risks and complications. If you do not want any risk then do not do any surgery
