Can a dermatologist remove my dark marks from wearing glasses?

Black female. I haven't worn glasses for 7 years so I know it will not naturally go away. I have tried exfoliation, peels, and nothing has seemed to work. There is no dents, just dark discoloration from eye wear nose pads.

This is genetic and often difficult to treat.  Fraxel DUAL , Clear + brillaint, viva help but often peels and skin care are needed to prevent this from getting darker.  this is from rubbing and genetics.  Best, Dr. Emer
