There are different types of pigments which can have different results.  Metal-based pigments, often found in tattoo inks have to be mixed to prevent the blueish hue look that can occur in the future. They last longer but require the appropriate mixing of colors to balance off that blueish hue and to allow you to not have red pigment in 5 years (think of older tattooed eyebrows). There are mineral-based pigments that are natural but they tend to not last as long.

LPP is an anflammatory process that leads to scarring hair loss. If the follicle is destroyed then it is not likely to regrow hair. Finding a Dermatologist that is comfortable in treating these types of alopecia is vital as the longer you wait the more scar tissue that can form and lead to permanent hair loss. If you are controlled you shouldn't see any redness or experience symptoms. There are options once the condition is treated appropriately. Good luck.

You would be considered young to have male pattern thinning however it depends on a few factors including diet, stress, metabolism, family history amongst other things.  There is something called triangular alopecia that can occur and is stable until mid 30s to 40s. I advise finding a Dermatologist that specializes in hair loss disorders in your area to see if it is reversible and the best options for you at your age. Good luck.

Chronic sun damage affects the structure of the skin, including rapid breakdown of collagen and development of brown sun spots, or solar lentigo. Volumizing and tightening the skin can be performed with laser and radiofrequency devices and to a lesser degree with topical creams. 

I advocate maintenance and prevention for healthy skin care.  I assess and listen to patients about their skin concerns and we find a regimen that works with their lifestyle-whether aggressive or progressive, and keep open discussion about tailoring any new changes, whether under eye dark circles, loss of volume in the face, double chin, hair growth, etc. 

Some derms are pure medical derm.  Some aren't .  I was trained across cosmetic, pediatric, surgical and medical dermatology. It makes a difference to help patients with all concerns.

This is a common concern for people especially when they move and change in the water, diet, and environment.  It sounds like you have a bit of comedonal acne (blackheads and whiteheads) and eczema (tiny bumps when the skin gets too dry).  Moisturizing with a good moisturizer that says non-comedogenic is key to keep the eczema from flaring, however if the skin has flared, you may need additional treatments to calm down the flare. For the comedonal acne, there are a few different treatments, inclufing retinols and chemical peels both of which come in different strengths and need t be tailored to your skin type.  Hope this helps.
