3 years ago I hardly had a wrinkle. I had plump cheeks and looked young. It seemed like over night my under eye area became hollow and very wrinkled. My cheeks flattened out and I got jowls. My chin looks incredibly long now too. I haven't gained or lost major weight. I've weighed very close to the same for 15 years. What could have caused these to happen so rapidly? Is there something non invasive like a cream or topical treatment that will help or will taking collagen help? Thank you.

There are a few different options to address the hollowness of the under eyes after surgery. Additional fat from the lower lids can be rotated or transposed; fat grafting; or fillers. Depends on what your original surgery entailed. Best to see an eyelid expert.
