Is it okay to get a BBL a month after pilonidal cyst surgery?

I had surgery last night. They used numbing shots instead of anesthesia, and then packed the wound. My cyst was small but packed a punch. My doctor says it may take up to about 3 weeks to heal, and I will be on antibiotics for 10 days. My BBL surgery is scheduled for March 6, 2018.

The BBL should be performed once the wound from the pilonidal cyst is fully healed. Youay need to postpone if it was left to close on itself. Check with your plastic surgeon ASAP

I would strongly encourage you to wait until the wound is not only completely closed, but I would also give yourslef at least six or eight weeks after this in order to make sure that the infection is cleared. These types of cysts are notorious for being difficult to heal and maintain an infection and the last thing you want to do is get an infection in your buttocks after a BBL so I would be very careful and cautious with this and do not underestimate the seriousness of a pilonidal cyst. It seems so trivial and not a big deal, but it can be, so I would just be very patient and wait until all is healed and no sign of inflammation and no drainage before embarking on any fat grafting.
