I had my breast augmentation almost exactly one year ago today. I have always had unsymmetrical breast with my right being bigger than the left by about a cup size. I specifically asked my surgeon beforehand if I’d need different sized implants on each size to help fix this. She said no. I’m now year post op and so unhappy with my results I don’t know what to do. They are very uneven and my right one seems to be sitting way lower and giving me the “double bubble” look so they call it. I expressed my concerns to my surgeon and all she did was told me how amazing my breasts look and not to worry about it. I’m not sure what I can do to fix this besides getting an implant exchange. I feel like my left breast is perfect. How can I make the right look just like it? Is the only option really an implant exchange?
