A year post op and went in to discuss a revision surgery. I am 5’7”, 125, slender/athletic frame. When I went in the first time, I hesitated last minute and downsized about 50cc from what I had originally tried on cause I was nervous about being too big. I got 355cc, ultimately they just are too small on my frame and the right and left are noticeably different. Which was hard to see from the start because I was pretty flat chested. Anyways. I still want to look natural and don’t want huge boobs but would like to more fullness overall. I am torn between doing 410cc on the left (my larger breast) and 425cc on my right (smaller breast) OR 425cc on my left and 440cc on my right. 355 to 410 (55cc increase) 355 to 425 (70cc increase) I guess my concern is them being too big, cause the cc number just scares me when it starts to get into those higher numbers. BUT, would 55cc’s make a difference? Pics are my before and after.
