Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. This appears to be something called tethering cords. It is a benign condition which can occur after breast surgery and generally resolve over time (weeks to months)Swelling while your breast are healing can make your already stretch marks more noticeable. Give this time to heal.
