How can I treat this scar and bump after facial surgery? (Photo)

I got facial surgery last year and it left me with a hypotrophic scar and a bump. My concern is the bump because the hypotrophic scar can diminish with treatments but I dont know where the bump is coming from. Im not if its the scar that is causing the bump or something else. Please help
