At least from the photo provided, the scar looks like a narrow ice pick-type scar. If this is indeed so, then simple TCA CROSS, which I have been performing for ice pick scars and dilated pores for well over two decades with gratifying results in all skin types, would be a simple tried and true approach for treating it. Surgical removal is likely to result in a larger, stretch scar and even with the development of tram track stitch marks.
