I’m very lean right now for a bodybuilding competition(12%bf ). I’ve included a photo of what I am standing straight, my desired goals, what I look like flexed, and a photo of me when I was younger at 26% bodyfat. I tend to hold my weight in my torso and arms. I’d like to have the waist I have at 12% at a high percentage. It’s very hard to maintain this leanness. I’d like my current fat distribution to be transferred to my breast for a c cup (I’m an A right now) and wider hips. I plan on doing this in 3 years after my 2nd baby.

Dear Helpful16360,
you should wait until you are fully healed prior to another elective procedure. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Thanks so much for your questions,
Yes, breast fat transfer is absolutely possible even if you have implants—and it’s actually done quite often! It’s called composite breast augmentation, and it combines implants with fat grafting to enhance results.

Thanks so much for your inquire, using your previous nipple (areolar) scar to inject fat into the breast can be safe and is a common technique—especially when done by a skilled plastic surgeon.
If your doctor is experienced and you're well-healed, this approach makes a lot of sense.
