I’m very lean right now for a bodybuilding competition(12%bf ). I’ve included a photo of what I am standing straight, my desired goals, what I look like flexed, and a photo of me when I was younger at 26% bodyfat. I tend to hold my weight in my torso and arms. I’d like to have the waist I have at 12% at a high percentage. It’s very hard to maintain this leanness. I’d like my current fat distribution to be transferred to my breast for a c cup (I’m an A right now) and wider hips. I plan on doing this in 3 years after my 2nd baby.

Having a breast implant does not prevent fat injection. In fact, fat injection is often done together with the implant. We call this hybrid augmentation. You can have it done without any problems in experienced hands.
If the patient’s previous scars fall within good access sites then I use them. This is especially true for common periareolar scars. So, using a previous scar is very reasonable and acceptable.
