I’d like my current fat distribution to be transferred to my breast for a C cup. Is it possible to get this shape? (Photos)

fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts.
In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:
• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken
• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers
• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts
• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implants

While it is difficult to predict the changes after gaining some weight and having your second baby, a single session of fat transfer to the breasts can increase the breast size by one cup size or so. You may gain some volume in your breasts after gaing weight and after your pregnancy and it may be possible to get a C cup breast size at that time. I would recommend waiting till you have had your baby and your weight has stabilised and then finding an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. If you are size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. To go from an A to a C, you would require 200 cc of fat. However, not all fat survives after being transferred. You will need approximately 300 cc of fat transferred for 200 cc of fat to survive and that means you will need 600 cc of total fat. You appear quite thin and you may have donor site complications for fat harvesting.

Your idea of maintaining your lean weight waist at a higher weight is possible with liposuction, but I don't think your idea going from an A cup to a C cup is realistic though.

Your best option for improving your breasts is with an implant. It would be hard to get a lot of fat into your breasts because of the tightness of the tissue and lack of fat. When we fat graft there has to be a nice bed of fat in order for us to graft into and it is impossible to place enough fat at one time in order to go from an A to a C. If you don't want to have an implant you can do it alone with fat but it would likely take 3 rounds of fat grafting in order to get you to the volume you are seeking.

A nice option is to combine fat with an implant and the fat can help camouflage the implant and give you a more natural appearance when we combine an implant with fat graft to the breast.

No, you will need implants for you do not have enough fat to obtain 2 cups in 2 breasts. the implants will also give you a stable size even with weight gain and loss.
