Can it still be swollen? I had a rhinoplasty 13 months ago. I have addressed my concerns to my doctor multiple times but he keeps telling me that he is not a miracle worker when I came in with minor issues. My nose on the sides had a boxy look at the bone and the bridge was flattened I had a low nose tip so it was giving me a droopy look when smiling. I ask the doctor to storten my Columella It was low. And wanted the sides of my nose bone straightened out and the tip slimmed. All he says is asymmetry is not possible.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos you have a hanging columella, very undefined and bulbous tip, a little bit crookness to the one side and deviated septum. For get rid of this image and gain more symmetrical, defined and elegant nose, I highly recommend you rhinoplasty surgery. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. The hanging columella is easy to correct. I agree with him that otherwise it’s really a good result. It may be worth getting a second opinion to see what can be done.
