Issues 8 years post tummy tuck, should I return to the same surgeon?

Smallz1967
InIn 2017 I had a tummy tuck. There was obviousely a communication gap. I was under the assumption that the large flap of skin would be removed leaving a flatter tummy. The surgeon removed about a foot of skin, and lipo sucked approx. 7 lbs of fat. Then put in a large mesh girddle. Which now is creating large hard upper abdominal protrusion. I believe it to be from the mesh. Also I have several large knots acrossed my insition. Which i brought up to my surgeon. They appered about 4 weeks after surgery. He said they would go away or desolve. Its been 8 years their only getting larger. The surgery was done in California. I've since moved to Colorado. Should i return to the orginal surgeon to make him fix this. Or go to a better surgeon?
