Internal tummy tuck scar is driving me crazy. Will a revision with scar tissue removal help? (Photos)

Hi everyone I had a revision tummy tuck november of last year. I say revision because the year prior to that (2023) I had my first tummy tuck. Point is I had bad internal scarring after the first tummy tuck and now one year after my revision (they took out what seemed to be a sheet of scar tissue) I have the same issue again. It feels like theres a thick sheet of fibrous fascia from my incision line up towards my xiphoid process. I noticed as well that my incision line healed thick like a keloid. Anyways the band of scar tissue feels like it’s pulling me forward all day long and feels tight especially at the end of the day. Has anyone had something like this? I had a gastric bypass 5 years ago and I think it may have changed the way my body heals. Im thinking of going to get the tummy tuck redone and scar tissue removed, maybe this time while on steroid medications to avoid my body from overscarring. What do you think?
