My labial frenum is off center. Can this be fixed? (photos)

Although it may not be very visible, middle of Cupid's bow seem to be out of line with columella and tooth crease. Correction of separation between teeth may be one of the solution; possibly moving lip/frenulum's insertion. The labial frenum is usually at the center of the upper lip. If the fremum has a low attachment it can create at space between the upper two teeth or prevent the closure of a gap with orthodontics. Based on your photos it appears your teeth are off midline to the left. This could be corrected with orthodontics and would likely resolve your soft tissue concerns.
