My labial frenum is off center. Can this be fixed? (photos)

My labial frenum is off center and lines up over my front right tooth instead of between my teeth and it makes my whole upper lip sit off center. Can the labial frenum be centered and would the make my lip also be centered? (Pictures attached)

You can try a small amount of filler such as Restylane or Juvederm on the smaller side. Do not undergo any surgery for the lip, it can create more problems.RegardsDr. J
