I have creasing around the sides of my mouth that I’ve had since my 20s no matter my weight it is still very prominent. It really bothers me, because I feel like it makes my face look older or heavy. What procedure would improve the look or reducing the creasing around my mouth? Thanks.

Might need to alter the approach a bit, but the buccal fat is in a different place. There is a chance it would make the dimple more prominent or change the position of it to some degree, but if there is too much buccal fat, the dimple-plasty should stay roughly the same.
