How do I get rid of these wide cheeks when I smile? (photos)

Hello, I’d love to hear any advice you have on this topic. My face is already bottom heavy and my cheeks become very big when I smile. I understand that buccal fat removal removes the fat on the inner layers of your cheeks, whereas the specific fat which sticks out seem to be on the outside and is exacerbated by my dimples. I’m not sure if massager botox will correct this issue either. I’ll try to attach photos but it’s currently not giving me the option.
