You can try a little Botox in your mentalis muscle and see if that helps. Worst case scenario Botox typically starts to wear off in about six weeks.
Otherwise consider consulting with local oral surgeons or plastic surgeons. Is this enough for you to consider surgery?
Typically we don’t make assessments based on dynamic expression. Doing major intervention based on someone looks with facial muscles under tension can lead to issues when the muscles are relaxed.
