Tightness, muffled hearing & choking sensations complications after buccal fat & chin lipo (Photos)

Hello I have a concern on my buccal fat removal and chin lipo I got March 2, 2022. It's been more than a year and I got a really bad hematoma on my right side. I had braces at the time not sure if that was why. I have issues w my neck being tight and a feeling that I’m choking almost and my left ear has muffled hearing; sometimes if I open my mouth a certain way or blow air out my nose it’ll come back but once I swallow it goes back to muffled. My cheeks still feel like they’re a little stiff
