Vertical lengthening chin implant - worth it?

Dear doctors,i am a young guy Last month I got a syringe of voluma to try to lenghten my chin,i like it but I know I'll need at least another one now and I was thinking to save the money and just get it dissolved and go for the implant already Can you do that? Would a vertically lenghtening chin implant do the trick? Chin is well projected from the side and in line with nose I'd prefer avoiding a genioplasty cause I need a short downtime and prefer something I can reverse in the future

The question you are really asking is whether the wings of your chin implant are in anyway impinging on the mental nerves as the reason for protracted numbness. Your pictures show a moderate chin deficiency while your description of goals is an extreme amount of chin augmentation. (20mms....I would doubt that is how much you need) Implants are very good at moderate chin augmentations but more significant chain augmentations (greater than 10mms) are best...
