I have always had a large mentalis muscle, but also was bitten by a dog and missing the meaty middle part of my chin. So the bottom of my chin looked receded. I got an implant but now it just feels flat and large. I'm thinking of removing it. Is there a better option? The first photo us before. The others are from either side.
