Implant feels flat and large - How can I fix my Chin Implant? (photos)

Question

I have always had a large mentalis muscle, but also was bitten by a dog and missing the meaty middle part of my chin. So the bottom of my chin looked receded. I got an implant but now it just feels flat and large. I'm thinking of removing it. Is there a better option? The first photo us before. The others are from either side.

The chin implant concept seemed reasonable to try and fill out the deficient lower part of your chin. Now either the implant is too big or the absence of soft tissue thickness exaggerates its flatness with any form of bone augmentation. Be aware that with potential removal of the chin implant there is now another 'problem' in that the soft tissues have been released from the bone and stretched out so you have to be prepared not just remove the chin implant as it will likely make things worse. It would be helpful to see what your chin looks like from the front view as well, both before and now, to make a more informed recommendation.
