I have deep/ sunken eyes. One eye is deeper/ more sunken in that the other. Solution? (Photo)

Can I fix this with a filler or surgery? I have deep eyes and one eye is extra deep compared to the other. This causes asymmetry which has been bothering me. Please suggest possible solutions to bring my eyes out.

You do not have excess fat, but rather a prominent tear trough. Surgical lifting the muscle off the bone in the area of tne tear trough will make a substantial difference and last many years but fat grafting alone will help significantly. The results should last many years.
