You have posted a number of questions regarding your eyes. Based on the photos, they do not appear proptotic. They are prominent because there is a minimal upper eyelid fold. I call this a synform fold. This is usually caused by partial disinsertion of the levator aponeurosis in the upper eyelids. Yes it is possible to place filler to simulate upper eyelid fold fullness. However, a far more satisfactory approach is repairing the central levator disinsertion with crease lowering and anchor blepharoplasty. You would also benefit from canthoplasty as the lateral canthus on each side appears disinserted. It is essential that the canthoplasty not be overdone, which can create a less that normal appearance. Your eyes can be your best feature.
I would recommend a volume-reduction upper blepharoplasty and a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning.
