Questions Lower Blepharoplasty - advice? (photos)

Im considering having a lower Blepharoplasty. Have 2 questions: 1. How long will I enjoy the result of this procedure? 2. There seem to be different opinions on this. I DON'T do competitive weight lifting but enjoy lifting weight at the gym from moderate to heavy for my size. How much truth is there on, If I lift constantly heavy weights and had the procedure done, will I herniate the fat back and will end up looking the same as prior to the procedure or worse?
