I posted here 3 months ago. Next week is one year that transplant was done and I'm not satisfied. I have gaps in the brow with no hair and hairs sticking straight out. One brow looks as if nothing was done. Starting to question the procedure and would really like a partial refund as I'm not interested in a touch up with this person. I paid the top of the range for this procedure and can't afford a second procedure. Can I try rogaine or microblading? Not sure what other options I have?
Answer: Brow transplant I'm sorry you are not happy. Generally, brow transplants work very well. It is unclear why some of the follicles did not survive. It is not terribly uncommon (maybe 15-20%) to have small touch ups to the brow with secondary grafting sessions.

Answer: Try Micro-pigmentation With Scalp Micro Pigmentation treatment, pigment is used on the scalp to create the appearance of real hair follicles adding the appearance of density to thinning areas. The appearance is so realistic that it actually looks like you have hair.

Answer: Eyebrow Results If at this point the hairs haven't started growing, I doubt using Rogaine would make any difference- but it certainly wouldn't make things worse. Similarly, there isn't really anything you can do to fix those hairs that are sticking straight out, except to get another procedure done to correct them. Without seeing the actual results its hard to say but really it sounds like if you want these issues corrected you need another procedure, whether its done by the original surgeon or a new one that you find trustworthy. Regardless, good luck.

Answer: Eyebrow transplants Eyebrow transplants using scalp hair requires a special skill in identifying the direction of the hairs which have a ‘bend’; that is natural. So when put in by the surgical team, the natural curve of the hair must be placed to take advantage of it as it is placed. It also must be put in laying them flat consistent with your natural eyebrow hairs and their direction. Too many surgeons without considerable experience can’t seem to get either of these techniques right and if they don’t the eyebrow stick out rather than lay flat as they should.

Answer: Eyebrow transplant results If after a full year you still do not see good results it is most likely that you will need a revision done. Rogaine probably won't help. Hair being implanted at improper angles and gaps can only be fixed with another procedure. I would let your surgeon know about your disappointment and see what they offer. If you cannot afford to seek the help of another surgeon hopefully they will be able to make the necessary changes at no cost. My best advise is to notify the surgeon that did the treatment and hopefully they will do what it takes to amke it right based on what was agreed upon at the time of your initial surgery.
