What procedures do I need to have eyes that appear larger and more like "hunter eyes", as well as the costs of each of these surgeries? The first picture I posted below is a compilation of what my eyes and surrounding area look like in various pictures, and the last is an example of the "hunter eyes" that I want.

Hmm This is a tough question to answer. I really think what you are looking for is lateral lid junction repositioning. This would be accomplished with a lateral canthoplasty and muscle suspension in my hands. Likely some fat transfer to enhance your malar areas as well. Fat has really opened up the option to help us sculpt the face. Hope this helps.Best of luck,DrC

Thank you for your question. You are inquiring more about the shape and appearance of your eyes. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. The in-person consultation will be very beneficial. Keep in mind that your facial features work in conjunction with one another so don't be surprised if you expect one procedural method and your surgeon offers another.
