A skin pinch cannot resolve these issues.  Yes you could have wonderful help with properly performed lower eyelid fillers.  However, like eyelid surgery, expertise is required to get an optimal result.  Which more affordable?  The fillers require once per year mantance so while they are less expensive than surgery, surgery provides a long tern solution.

Thank you for your question.  I am sorry that you are not happy with the outcome of the procedure.  It does appear that there is some asymmetry of the lower lids.  As you suggested, injectable fillers may be one option.  Other options may include surgical revision and/or technology-based treatment.  I would recommend evaluation by a surgeon who is highly experienced in the aesthetic treatment of lower eyelids to determine what your options may be.

Both tear trough fillers or a revision right lower lid blepharoplasty would likely improve the appearance of the right lower lid. Revision blepharoplasty to remove or reposition residual fat would be the longest lasting treatment for this.

It appears that you still have some muscle and fat excess of your right lower eyelid that accentuates the asymmetry between the sides.  Filler may help the eyes appear more even, but is not as accurate or durable as a surgical repair.
