I realize that it is fairly early in terms of recovery and that everyone heals differently, but in most of the pictures from other reviewers I've seen there is not such a large disparity as what I am seeing in myself. I am wondering if this asymmetry could simply be attributed to uneven swelling or if I am going to likely need a revision.

Both tear trough fillers or a revision right lower lid blepharoplasty would likely improve the appearance of the right lower lid. Revision blepharoplasty to remove or reposition residual fat would be the longest lasting treatment for this.
