crookedness & swelling im mostly concerned left side great right side jacked up, although i wake up & it looks great at times ?

I had a tip plasty done on feb 21.14 with an amazing ps, due to bulbous and wide droopy tip!, he did state he had most difficulty with right side, im one month postop and im a bit worried my columella or whatever its called is hard to touch swollen and i feel its giving illusion my nose is crooked or is it? my ps says he feels 50/50 about revision he feels it may just be alot of swelling although most of his pts at 4 wks has swelling no crookedness, is it because my ethinicty? HELP!!
