Dear Jackallen425,I agree with the other doctors, it is far too early to be worried about the final results.  It takes 3-6 months to see the final results of a gynecomastia excision, as it takes that long for the swelling to subside and scarring to start maturing some. I know it's difficult to be patient, but that is the key for now.  Best of luck.

Your depression is fairly minor at this point.  It takes a few months for the skin to become mobile over the area surgery was done and this will become less noticeable.

Thank you for sharing your photos. In my experience, gynecomastia requires slight overcorrection because in the first three months it has a tendency to "fluff up a little." I would be patient for another two months. Using no compression will allow more scar tissue to full, thus fluffing up more, if you desire. Best of luck.
