Are they looking alright? Do I have a massive gap or that’s normal? should I have gone with a Demi in order to fill the gap more? They were 11.25cm based with a 4.6 projection. Round, silk surfaced. I used to be a 32A and looks like I have a 32C I wanted to achieve a natural look. What do you think? Is it looking right? I was quiet happy when I left the clinic but it looks like they are big and round, fake looking? Will it get softer and more natural looking? Thanks a lot :)
Answer: Fake or not? Thanks for you question. You started with a wide gap between your breasts, and this had been reduced somewhat by the implants. However if your plastic surgeon had put the implants any more medially (towards the midline) then your nipples would be pointing outwards which would have looked odd. Your surgeon could have gone for larger implants which would have meant that they filled up more of the space between your breasts, but this would have increased the "fake" look that you are worried about. I think you and your surgeon have chosen well, and you have a great result.

Answer: Post-op breast augmentation Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. Since you are only one week after surgery, there is still plenty of time for the implants to settle. I recommend that you maintain close follow-up with your surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: BA results Dear Sun2407,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: 1 week post operation- 335cc under the muscle, high profile, round Motiva implants. How do they look? You are still early in the healing process and what you are seeing are not your final results yet. You may still be experiencing swelling and some bruising at this point in time. It usually takes around 3 to 6 months to fully heal and only by then will you be able to see your final results. The best course of action would be to follow up regularly with your surgeon.
