I had my breast implants exactly a year ago and one seems as if it’s much emptier than the other. There are folds and bumps when feeling it and it’s also visible. Has it ruptured or is it normal?
Answer: Post Op Folds and Bumps 1 Year Post Op Hi sophieLG, I am sorry to hear about what you are experiencing. It is difficult to ascertain what this is and its causes. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon to have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Wrinkling after augmentation From your limited photo, it is difficult to accurately determine the cause of your problem. If your implants are saline, and the changes are recent, it is most likely due to a partial deflation. If your implants are silicone, the problem is most likly associated with very little tissue coverage over the implant. Either problem would require surgical intervention to correct. Make an appointment with your surgeon for a full evaluation.

Answer: 1 year BI post op withs folds and bumps. Is my breast implants normal? It is difficult to assess the results of BA with only photos. The best way to have an accurate evaluation is to have an in-person examination with your board certified plastic surgeon as he/she knows your condition best. It doesn't seem to be a rupture as breast implants are made to withstand a considerable amount of external force.

Answer: Breast implant folds & bumps Having some palpability of your implants is normal, especially underneath & around the sides. However, your photo shows a significant groove, this is not normal. I would recommend having a check up with your surgeon to properly assess exactly what is going on. Take care
