I'm 5 weeks out of a repair for symmastia and bottoming out. The implants were placed as before, under the muscle and sutures and seri was used along the bottom and in the cleavage area. I have always had tight cleavage even prior to my ba. I am just wondering at what point is a repair considered successful? I wore my thongbra for 4 weeks and have switched to night wear now and sports bras in the day. I am taking all precautions to avoid lifting to make sure the repair heals as well as it can.
