How soon can I see results after a revision for bottoming out/symmastia? (Photo)

Thanks for the picture. Your result looks good.  In my opinion and experience your result is considered stable at 3 months.  Even though it is stable at that point you still need to protect the position by wearing supportive commercial bras. 

At
this point in your recovery, it is much too soon to be worried about the
outcome. It takes time for the implants to settle into position and the
skin and muscle to stretch out to accommodate the new implant. It may be
6 months or more before the shape has reached its final look. Be patient.

From the photos it appears that your early results are good. With SERI we want to make sure that there is no excess motion for at least 6 weeks and I would recommend very good support for 3 months with any physical activity. 

to move the implant in such situations such as yours, my patients are told they can do things at 6 weeks post-op and if they want to be extra careful, wait for 8 weeks before resuming activities as desired and with a good supportive sport bra.  Its best to get this clearance for activity from your surgeon as we all have our own protocols and its your surgeon who will ultimately be seeing you again if something detrimental happens.

Congratulations on having undergone the revisionary breast surgery. In my practice, I ask patients to continue to exercise caution with activity for the first several months out of this type of revisionary breast surgery. I "count the chickens" (consider this type of revisionary surgery successful) once we are about six months out of the procedure. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with long-term.

Your pictures shows a very nice result so far.  I don't know what they looked like before the revision but they look great now.  I would say you are on your way of having a successful surgery.  Continue to follow your surgeon's guidelines and hopefully everything works out at the end.
