Liposuction and fat transfer are most likely your best options for creating more defined feminine curves. Some people simply don’t have enough fat to justify the procedure. For those who have slightly less fat than ideal it may require that more areas be treated with Liposuction in order to get a justifiable amount of fat for fat transfer. Plastic surgeons will vary substantially and generally speaking equality assessment should include an in person consultation. Based on your pictures, I don’t think it would be all that difficult to harvest sufficient amounts of fat for a relatively good BBL outcome. I typically start by treating the full torso to harvest and create an improved figure. If more fat is needed, my second go to area is typically arms or inner thighs, depending on what is in the patient’s best interest. The number of plastic surgeons who truly mastered this procedure is relatively small. There is a substantial difference in skill and experience for both liposuction and fat transfer in the plastic surgery community. Being board-certified and plastic surgery with years of experience at an overall good reputation does not mean somebody has mastered, liposuction and fat transfer, is good at doing them or even likes doing these procedures. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of provider selection when it comes to having permanent irreversible body contouring procedures that can’t potentially leave people disfigured. To find the right provider, I suggest patient’s schedule multiple in person consultations, preferably with providers in their community. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics to your own. An experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. Highly experienced provider should have access to 100s or preferably thousands of before and after pictures. For fat transfer results always confirm the timeframe of when after pictures were taken. Never assume. Early fat transfer results can look very impressive but do not in anyway represent final long-term outcomes. In order for after pictures to be representative of long-term results, pictures should be taken no less than 3 to 6 months from the date of the procedure. There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider. The more consultations you have the more likely you are to find the better provider. The biggest mistake patients make is scheduling only one consultation and then scheduling surgery. By having only one consultations patients basically eliminate the ability to choose the better provider. I do not think you can find the right provider using computers or cell phones alone.
