Age 40, weight 140, height 5 3. I had a 360 lipo, bbl, breast augmentation in 2015. Before any plastic surgery in 2007, I had a cyst removed from ovary, unfortunately the incision was not done right and left me a deformity on my right side abdominal. I am in between having tummy tuck, bbl but I’m afraid I won’t have enough fat to fix my uneven buttock. I was advised to do bbl 360 jplasma. And since I have a capsular contracture implants, if need to have secondary surgery for tummy tuck and breas
Answer: A complete redo: BBL, lipo 360, breast implants Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, I agree that you will need liposuction 360 degrees, fat transfer to the buttocks for shaping and enhancement, plus a full tummy tuck with muscle repair. J-Plasma or Renuvion will not help the significant excess loose skin of the abdomen. I use the Renuvion a lot, but would not recommend it for you. The breasts, I would address after the body surgery (can be done two days later or at another time that is convenient for you). You will need implant exchange, capsulectomy and a breast lift for best results. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Answer: Full body redo You didn’t ask a question in your post, so I’m not sure what you’re looking for. Based on your pictures, I don’t think you were a great candidate for Liposuction in the first place. It looks like your BBL was also not done well. I’m guessing, during the first procedure that was removed from your thigh in the hopes that that would make your buttocks look better. A tummy tuck would’ve probably been the better procedure to start with and it’s probably the correct procedure to have next. J plasma isn’t going to add anything and secondary Liposuction typically adds a little to the outcome of the previous Liposuction. If Liposuction didn’t work the first time that it’s unlikely to work as second time. to choose the correct procedure patience and providers should have a clear understanding of what the underlying ideology or problem is. There are four tissue variables that determine what the abdomen looks like. 1) These are abdominal skin laxity typically due to previous pregnancies or weight loss. 2) Excess subcutaneous fat, 3) Muscle separation from previous pregnancy. 4) excess visceral or intra-abdominal fat. It looks to me like your primary issue is skin laxity, and or muscle separation from previous pregnancies. These are both best treated with a tummy tuck. Individuals who have skin laxity typically don’t get great liposuction results. Delivering consistent quality, liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people realize. Delivering consistent quality Liposuction results also includes the ability to make accurate assessments and deliver predictable outcomes. Patients who have skin laxity should be told And shown appropriate before and after picture so they have a clear understanding of what the results are likely to look like. The number of plastic surgeons have truly mastered body contouring with liposuction and fat. Transfer are a small minority. It is critical for providers to help differentiate who is a good candidate for Liposuction and who is not. It’s a bit difficult to assess how to improve your BBL. We really need quality proper before and after pictures to do that. Perhaps you need Liposuction to harvest fat for fat transfer to treat inappropriately removed fat from the first procedure. I think addressing your abdominal skin, laxity and breast concerns should probably be first on the agenda. Finding the right provider is usually the most important variable, and to do that I suggest patients schedule multiple in person consultations with local providers. During each consultation, ask provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients, who had similar body characteristics to your own. Inexperienced provider should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. Shawn, a handful of pre-selected images, representing only the best results of a providers career maybe insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider, what your results are likely to look like, or how many of these procedures as surgeon has actually done. Being board-certified, and plastic surgery with years of experience, does not mean somebody is mastered anyone single procedure. In the end, patient candidacy and provider selection of the two most important variables, and are generally the two variables that are going to determine the outcome of a procedure. Understanding your own candidacy and properly vetting plastic surgeons are key to maintaining high. Patient satisfaction. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD.
