I have breast surgery - 26/10/18. I had amiscarriage at the end of July. Will this mean I have to postpone the operation?

Surgery should be okay. Six months should be adequate time to allow any milk from pregnancy to dissipate and return your breasts to their truer starting size and shape. Always a good idea to check with your surgeon's protocol.Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author

With regards to direct health relation between a miscarriage and a breast augmentation, there are no evidences that one has a direct effect on another, and having a breast augmentation even with a history of miscarriage is considered safe. However, other factors such as your psychological well-being and mental preparedness for the surgery does have an effect during and after surgery, as stress-induced diffuse pain may hinder healing and cause discomfort. If you are indeed ready for the surgery, then there is no reason to postpone the procedure.

In relation to your breast augmentation, this event should not cause you to need to post-pone your planned breast augmentation.There are a few things to consider however, before surgery you must be fit and well and this includes mentally too. A surgical procedure can be quite an emotional and stressful time and so it is vital that you are free of external emotional struggles. It is also worth checking that there were no underlying medical conditions that caused your miscarriage. It may be worth meeting with your surgeon or even one of their nurses to ensure that nothing has changed medically. Wishing you all the best for your future surgical procedure.

I am very sorry for your loss.  Having a miscarriage can be very emotionally draining and have long term effects.  Having surgery is also a life stressor.  I always tell my patients that they need to be free of external emotional struggles when they have surgery.  This will ensure that they have the best possible outcome.  
Additionally, there could be medical reasons for your miscarriage and these could include hematological abnormalities (blood disorders).  I would recommend that you have your primary care MD investigate this possibility in order to make sure that you do not have a complication with your elective surgery.
