Has anyone successfully removed a significant amount of fat from an overfilled face and if so how much? (Photo)

Looking for any realistic options to remove or significantly reduce facial fat graph. I don’t want to waste time or money on options that aren’t really viable or will only produce minimal results. Also wondering how I find a surgeon with experience in this area. I don’t know how to start. Outside of being overfilled a lot of fat felll and is just sitting in the bottom of my face. Very heavy and uncomfortable.
