I had lower bleph done 6 months ago and one eye seems to be hollow underneth and one is red and looks to have a bag or swelling under it ....need advice how to proceed

You may benefit from a lower blepharoplasty and the fat can be transposed to fill in the hollow areas that you dislike.

Hope this finds you well. When done correctly under eye filler can last quite a while (18 months+), for a longer lasting option consider fat transfer. Best of luck.
Hyper thyroidism can affect the upper eyelids, but the eyeball position being pushed forward is the classic symptom and more common.
At this point, I think you should get an assessment and consider treatments irrespective of your history of hyperthyroidism.
