This will depend on whether you want to use an implant for the breasts, or go with fat transfer, and also for the butt, how much available fat you have for transfer, and how big you want to go, and how big are you to start.  All this translates to time, and time is money. Longer surgeries cost more. The anesthesiologist and surgery center both charge per hour so the fees is reflected accordingly. Be examined with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, and determine your options.  Regarding fees, no less than 10K, and maybe up to 15K. I hope this helps.

                   A breast augmentation and a buttock augmentation may cost $12000 or so at the low end.  I perform about 500 Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure.  Much of the grafting result depends upon the techniques utilized and the postoperative care.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of breast augmentations and Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.
