I've been told I have a negative vector which will not make canthoplasty possible for my congenital lower eyelid retraction. Attaching pictures that show my eyes (the last one indicates the retraction). I was thinking of combining lower bleph with canthoplasty. What should be my alternate plan?

Your eyelids look completely normal. Make-up can give you the appearance you desire without surgery.
