Please help with your opinion: Height: 167cm Weight :65kg Implants motiva demi. Right side 360cc and left side 380cc. T Issue: breasts look different in size and different in shape. One is lower than the other. The clevage looks weird even in bikini top. I’m suggested fat grafting to correct asymmetry. I personally don’t belive it will solve the issue. The breast with the bigger implant looks smaller now,

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. In most cases, minor asymmetry can be corrected using different size implants. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

The pockets are at 2 different levels. You will need to lower the pocket of the higher breast or raise the pocket of the lower breast. Also, your nipple-areola complexes are slightly at different levels. I recommend you wait 6 months from the date of surgery before doing any revision.

Your right implant has bottomed out some and appears to sit a little lower. The inferior pocket could be tightened to raise it back up to match the left. if you prefer the left, it could be lowered some.

There is some missing information here, most importantly, when your surgery was performed.  You may be demonstrating a capsular contracture.  Also, preoperative photos are helpful in determining whether your described asymmetries may have been present beforehand, and either more apparent now, or just more apparent to you.  Follow up with your PS for some answers.  Good luck!
